Nutrition: Who Benefits?
We recommend our courses to individuals or groups who:
- * Feel particularly low on energy
- * Want to learn how to raise healthy children
- * Are globally aware and want to “go green” for the environment
- * Are vegetarians / vegans who need more knowledge to back up their convictions and eat optimally
- * Are not vegetarians but are interested in learning the essential basics of health and nutrition
